Gulf Center provides two advanced systems for managing leftover ready-mix concrete and promoting sustainable production within concrete batching plants:
1. Reclaiming Systems (Open-Loop)
These systems allow aggregates and sand contained in returned ready-mix to be separated, cleaned, and reused in the batching process.
Process water is directed to settling pits, where it can also be reused.
The fine materials collected at the bottom are manually removed and disposed, making it an open-loop recycling approach.
2. Recycling Systems (Closed-Loop)
A complete closed-loop solution that integrates a reclaimer with a water treatment unit, enabling full reuse of aggregates, sand, and grey-water.
This results in zero discharge, eliminating the need for waste disposal and minimizing environmental impact.
All systems are engineered in partnership with BIBCO Germany
and designed for ready-mix and precast concrete plants operating in Kuwait and the GCC.
