Gulf Center Vibrating Grizzly Feeders are built to handle heavy-impact loading while maintaining a consistent material flow into crushing or screening systems.
Designed for primary feed applications, they come in portable or fixed configurations, with models suited for both severe duty (truck dump hoppers, large stone) and standard duty (loader-fed portable plants).
Optional “stepped” grizzly bar sections enhance material scalping, ensuring smaller stones are efficiently screened for smoother downstream performance.

The Gulf Center Vibrating Grizzly Feeder operates on a balanced, high-efficiency vibration principle that ensures smooth material flow and controlled feeding.
It consists of a vibrating frame, springs, vibrator assembly, motor, and a precision-engineered drive mechanism.

The vibration is generated by dual eccentric shafts with synchronized gears that rotate in opposite directions, producing a strong linear motion.
This motion causes the material to move steadily across the feeder deck, allowing fines to fall through the grizzly bars before reaching the crusher.

The result is improved screening efficiency, reduced crusher load, and optimized material separation — ideal for both portable and fixed plant configurations in primary feed applications.
