GRIZZLY FEEDER

INTRODUCTION

Vibrating Feeders come in a variety of types and sizes. Built heavy to absorb the impact from dumping large stone, they still feed the plant a controlled, steady stream of stone.

Typically applied in primary feed applications, GULF CENTER has unique designs for portable or fixed installations.

Vibrating Grizzly Feeders are designed in two distinct duty classes:
– severe duty: designed for truck dump hoppers and large material
– standard duty: designed for loader-fed portable plants with low profile requirements.

We are also providing models with “stepped” grizzly bar sections to provide superior scalping of smaller stone.

DESCRIPTION

Vibrating feeder operating principle:
Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame , spring , vibrator , motor vibrating device and motor .

The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged .
When installation , the two gears must be jogged according to the design . Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate.

Through the vibration ,the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
